Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour (Negotiable based on experience)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (No weekends!)

What You’ll Do:

• Manual Press Operation: Expertly operate manual carousel presses to produce high-quality, hand-printed apparel.

• Setup & Registration: Perform precise multi-color setups, ensuring perfect alignment and registration across various garment types.

• Print Consistency: Maintain consistent squeegee pressure, angle, and stroke speed to ensure uniform ink deposits throughout a production run.

• Technical Calibration: Select appropriate mesh counts, ink types and curing temperatures for different fabrics.

• Quality Control: Conduct "first-off" inspections and monitor every print for clarity, opacity, and cure.

• Efficiency: Manage workflow to meet daily production goals while maintaining a clean and organized station.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 2+ years of dedicated experience on a manual screen printing press.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive manual printing motions with precision.

• Technical Skill: Deep understanding of screen tension, off-contact, and ink viscosity.

• Detail-Oriented: A "get it right the first time" attitude with an eye for minor defects.

• Reliability: Consistent attendance and reliable transportation to our Millvale location.
