What You’ll Do

As a Manual Screen Printer, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Press Operation: Operate manual presses and M&R automatic lines to produce retail-quality apparel.

• Technical Setup: Manage precise multi-color registration and screen alignment.

• Substrate Calibration: Select appropriate inks and curing temperatures for various fabrics (Cotton, Polyester, Blends).

• Quality Control: Identify and correct defects mid-run to maintain our high GPSA standards.

• Teamwork: Collaborate with our production staff to hit deadlines and maintain a positive workflow.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 2+ years of manual or automatic screen-printing experience is preferred, but not required if you are the right "trainable" fit.

• Attention to Detail: A passion for precision and a "get it right the first time" attitude is essential for a Manual Screen Printer.

• Communication: A positive attitude and the ability to coordinate with the production team.

• Reliability: Consistent attendance and reliable transportation to our Millvale location.
