Greater Pittsburgh Specialty Advertising (GPSA) is a busy, growing apparel decorator and custom sports team outfitter, looking for an Order Processing Specialist to join our Inside Sales Team. If you are a well-organized self-starter with Inside Sales, Customer Order Processing, or Customer Service experience with some background working with printing or other customized product, this job might be for you!

Located a few minutes from downtown Pittsburgh, very close to Lawrenceville and the North Shore, just off the Millvale exit from Route 28.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years Customer Service / Order Processing / Inside Sales experience.
  • Exceptional phone, computer and organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Effective communicator with a positive attitude and demeanor.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office products, especially Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Experience entering and maintaining orders in an ERP (manufacturing software) system is highly desirable.
  • Ability to multi-task and provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment while meeting project deadlines.
  • Attention to detail, with a passion for making sure things are right.
  • Experience with artwork, Adobe Illustrator or working with printed or customized apparel or promotional products is a plus!

Job Duties:

  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer phone calls, walk-ins and e-mails.
  • Learn to enter customer orders into our ERP system (ShopWorks) for accurate, timely fulfillment.
  • Assist customers and Outside Sales in entering and fulfilling orders for printed, embroidered and other customized clothing, team uniforms and sports equipment. Ability to learn pricing, product details, order entry and follow up for past due accounts.
  • Interact effectively with others, in the office and in production.
  • Support fellow team members.

Salary: We expect to offer $18 to $21 per hour to start, Negotable BOE.

Job Type: Full-time

Shift: 8-hour shift, Monday-Friday- 8:30AM-5:00PM (30 minute unpaid lunch)

Education: High school or equivalent; College desirable

Experience: Inside Sales, Order Processing, or Customer Service

Work Location: On-site, Reliable transportation and attendance is required
