Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (No weekends!)

The Role

As an Order Processing Specialist, you are the bridge between our sales team and production. You’ll ensure that every custom jersey, corporate polo, and promotional product is ordered accurately and delivered on time.

Work Location: On-site

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and manage customer orders within our manufacturing software (ERP).

• Communicate with customers via phone and email with a positive, helpful attitude.

• Multi-task in a fast-paced environment to meet strict project deadlines.

• Review order details with a "perfectionist" eye to ensure artwork and quantities are correct.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 1+ years in Customer Service, Order Entry, or Sales Support.

• Tech Savvy: Comfortable with MS Office (Outlook/Excel). If you’ve used ERP software or Adobe Illustrator before, that’s a huge plus!

• Communication: Strong written and verbal skills—you’ll be talking to teammates and customers all day.

• Reliability: You have consistent transportation to our Millvale location and value being part of a dependable team.
